The idea that reflections can, at once, show what is above, on and below fascinates me. Their images have multiple depths, layers upon layers, and hint at the infinite.
These images are my questions, answers and exploration into that which we can almost see and usually miss. Using nature as inspiration and guide, photographic printmaking as my medium, I look for that which is barely seen, overlooked, and the trail of the infinite in the natural world. My work centers around capturing the beauty of nature and the world around us. It tugs at the layers of perception, using reflections, multiple exposures, layering and in camera motion as methods of illustration. Abstraction provides shape formed by positive and negative space. Printmaking adds further depth.
